Why AIM is Your Best Choice In Baltimore & Surrounding Areas

You have probably taken many hours to discover your new home. Considering this may be the single largest investment of your life, investing a relatively small amount of money into a certifited home inspection will provide a lot of important information for you before completion of the sales contract. Purchasing any home without contracting a qualified home inspection company is a tremendous risk. When considering which home inspector you want to trust with such an important job, experience and knowledge are invaluable assets to consider. Other important factors include insurance converage and the quality of the report you will receive. Some inspectors work without sufficient insurance and produce hand written, difficult to read reports without descriptive photos. Please reveiw the following information regarding AIM Home Inspection qualifications, including a summary of our detailed inspection process.

AIM Home Inspection, Inc. is owned and operated by John Evans, who offers all clients years of experience in construction and home inspections. Along with these experiences, John adds the following qualifications:

  • Certified member of the National Association of Certified Home Inspectors (NACHI)
  • Graduate of Building Specs (nationally recognized home inspection training center)
  • Affiliate member of the Harford County Association of Realtors
  • Member of FREA (Foundation of Real Estate Appraisers).
  • Annual accreditation from nationally recognized inspection classes
  • Fully insured including errors & omissions, liability, bonded

John always strives to provide a premier inspection experience for all clients. He approaches each and every inspection as if a close family member is making the purchase. Each inspection will take about three hours to complete, but we never establish a time limit. Following the inspection, a very detailed computer generated report with digital images may be printed on site. The report is also uploaded to a password protected web site for the convenience of our clients. We always encourage our clients to stay with the inspector during the full inspection. Follow up phone calls are part of our customer service, and we are always available to respond to questions anytime following the inspection.
