What I Inspect

I will conduct a thorough inspection of your home, inside and out.

As a InterNACHI-certified professional home inspector, I have the knowledge and expertise to provide you with a thorough and professional, non-intrusive, visual inspection of your home, from roof to foundation. 

Outside the home, I will check the exterior walls, roof, driveway, deck, etc., then I will move inside to examine the walls, ceilings, floors, doors, and windows. The heating, air-conditioning,plumbing, and electrical systems will all be examined to ensure that they function as intended. Bathrooms, kitchens, and laundry rooms receive a thorough check, along with the attic and basement or crawl space.

Inspector is required to follow the Maryland Standards of Practice, copy viewable on Inspection Agreement Page. Some standards may be exceeded.

I encourage you to come along and watch as I inspect your home, and you are free to ask questions at any time during your home inspection. I will give an oral summary at the conclusion of the inspection and the report is normally delivered electronically within 24 hours of the inspection. Most reports are posted by the evening of the inspection date.
