Our inspection fees are based on a number of factors, including location of the property, size and number of structures. Please be aware that some inspectors may quote a low fee that could be an indication of their lack of experience, report quality and insurance. Harford County condominium fees are only $279 & standard size townhome inspections are only $335!  Other areas may have a slightly higher fee.

Baltimore County Rental Inspection fees are as low as $145.00 for single tenant properties.  Multiple property discounts are available.  If a re-inspection is required, a $45.00 fee will be applied.

Radon Testing with an electronic monitor $160 to $175 with home inspection (Fees based on mileage)
